hello…
I’m Dani — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families in the social services field. My work is grounded in a holistic, integrative approach that honours the connection between mind, body, and emotional wellbeing.
I live in Woodstock, Ontario with my two boys (8 and 10) and my spouse, who is also studying psychotherapy — our home is a little obsessed with mental health and wellness!
I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and hormonal transitions, as well as navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the emotional seasons that often feel overwhelming or difficult to name.
I’m especially drawn to supporting women whose nervous systems have been shaped by caregiving roles—professionally or personally—where strength is expected and support is rarely offered.
I offer virtual therapy across Ontario, and in‑person sessions for clients in Stratford, Woodstock, Oxford County, and Huron–Perth.
In addition to my work with women, I also support men and couples who are navigating stress, relationship changes, and shifts in identity or life direction.
My goal is to build a genuine therapeutic connection where you feel supported, understood, and able to explore what’s happening with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
