Therapy for Women Navigating Emotional, Hormonal, and Life Transitions
Individual counselling is for those seeking personal growth, emotional regulation, or support through change — whether that’s adjusting to new roles, navigating anxiety or burnout, or managing the emotional toll of caregiving and frontline work.
Women often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they’re becoming. I provide a warm, grounded space to explore the emotional seasons that shape your identity and wellbeing.
Areas of focus include:
Perimenopause & hormonal transitions
Pregnancy & postpartum shifts
Identity changes and life transitions
Emotional overwhelm & burnout
Body image, self-worth, and perfectionism
Fertility journeys, loss, and traumatic birth
Parenting stress & the invisible emotional load
PTSD and occupation stressors
Couples Counselling
For partners seeking to rebuild connection, improve communication, understand relationship patterns, or navigate major life changes together.
My approach is integrative and adaptive, blending Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic‑informed practices. This means we look at your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, nervous system, and lived experiences as interconnected pieces. Therapy is a space for developing insight, building emotional regulation skills, and creating meaningful, sustainable change in your day-to-day life.
